A process blade is a key part of your overall organizational way of working (WoW). It aims to provide an overview for those unfamiliar with the topic, as well as a range of options for experienced practitioners. It can serve as a starting point for a Disciplined Agile way of working, and enables people to improve cross-team ways of working.
